Hold the Phone!

Now Apple is getting sued over their fancy new iPhone. Apparently the name "iPhone" is a registered trademark of a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone released by Cisco three weeks ago.

I don't care what it's called, it's pretty and I want one!
