Dave Swallen, cutie pie, singer-songwriter and frontman for Street to Nowhere stopped by the Liquid Generation studios recently and played an awesome cover of Leonard Cohen's "Famous Blue Raincoat" as well as "They're Not Like Us" from STN's album Charmingly Awkward.

Now Apple is getting sued over their fancy new iPhone. Apparently the name "iPhone" is a registered trademark of a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone released by Cisco three weeks ago.

I don't care what it's called, it's pretty and I want one!
