The Roots Added to Bonnaroo Line-Up

So the Bonnaroo announced it's line-up last week which included tons of bands that would be amazing to see all in one place like Cold War Kids, The White Stripes, The Flaming Lips, The Hold Steady, Gogol Bordello AND Wilco AND Franz Ferdinand... oh, AND David Cross AND Lewis Black and then today they add The Roots!

They're also going to be launching this 'Wonkian' (I coined that term here today folks, credit me if you use it) Golden Tickets contest where if you buy your tickets within the first 48 hours of the sale, which starts Friday at noon EST at http://www.bonnarootickets.com BTW, you will be entered for the chance to win a Golden Ticket which will get you a lifetime pass to Bonnaroo, backstage access so you can go stare at famous people and a Coleman camping set up. You won't know if you won until your tickets arrive and the Golden one is tucked in there with them!

I don't know... I'm not usually a person who likes to be in large crowds of people, and come to think of it, small crowds of people or around people in general but Bonnaroo's looking pretty fun and awesome.

Mcphee Heats Up the Charts!

American Idol runner-up and Fanscape favorite, Katharine Mcphee, landed herself the #2 spot on this week's U.S. album charts! She sold over 115, ooo albums her first week. Congratulations Katharine!
